    As declared by Govt. authority time to time. Other contributions towards the trust, not having any connection with the promotion or pursuance of the course such as inscription and membership in Fr. Agnel Technical Education Complex and its ex-student association, guide & rules cut regulations book, boiler suits, health care center, cafeteria, seminar, microfilms, Agnel sports clubs, students identity card, students magazine & other cultural functions, Industrial visit, study tours & placement services etc. will be additionally solicited.

    Examination

    In every month there will be a monthly test, & and after every three months, quarterly tests are conducted to judge the progress of the Trainee. After completion of the first year, there will be a final examination at the Institute level which is required to pass by the trainee. After completion of the course there will be an All India Trade Test conducted on behalf of the Directorate General Employment & Training (DGET), The certificate is awarded by the Government of India.

    Important Details

    The minimum compulsory attendance for the trainees in regard to their eligibility for final trade test has been fixed at 80% of the actual number of working days, but it is desirable that attendance should be more than 90%. Every trainee must be punctual

    Up-to-date Library with the latest study material is available for the trainees. This facility is available from Morning 7 am to 11 pm.
    We are able to provide employment to most of the trainees in various Industries/establishments of reputed viz. BEST UNDERTAKING, MSED, INDIAN AIRLINES, UNITECH AUTOMOBILE, WASAN FORD, CARRIER, GODREJ, SCHLUMBERGER, BSNL, EMERSON NETWORK POWER, HIRANANDANI CONSTRUCTION, L&T, VITAL ELECTRONICS, IFFCO GROUP OF CO. DUBAI, STULZ, S.K.WHEELS, VOLKSWAGEN, SKODA & many more.
    Every year in the month of February our I.T.I students organize technical Exhibition. The purpose of this exhibition is to exhibit the inner qualities. I.T.I. is generally considered as a skill job. The creativity of this students are not given recognition, but our Agnel I.T.I students are very creative & innovative. We only give them the required encouragement & infrastructure to improve their potential. The exhibition is show cases their hidden talents.
    During the entire course period we keep on all the students motivating & inspiring those who excelled, Institute gives them Trophies & the certificate for their achievement viz BEST ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, BEST STUDENT, HIGHEST ATTENDANCE, IN THE TRADE AS WELL AS IN THE INSTITUTE.

    Rules & Regulations

    1. Every students shall be issued an Identity Card, which should be carried in person.

    2. Students are excepted to behave with decorum to obey the faculty and other officials. Conduct inconsistent with general good order, or persistent neglect of work, or failure to respond promptly to officials notices may be punished with dismissal.

    3. No trainee is allowed to enter any room or workshop, except those specifically permitted for their training. Unauthorized presence in any part of the workshop may call for immediate action.

    4. The management does not responsibility for accidents and damage to person or personal property.

    5. The fees are subjected to revision from time to time without notice.

    6. Classes and workshop must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Each trainee must have two wear boiler suits during the practical hours & keep them clean at all times.

    7. Loud talking, loitering or congregating in the corridors and staircase is prohibited.

    8. Students are required to attend all theory & Practical classes regularly. Irregular attendance, habitual tardiness and inattentiveness in the classroom will lead to serious action. Absence must be justified by a note from parent/guardian and supported by Medical Certificate, wherever applicable.

    9. Students whose attendance is less than 90%. Shall not be permitted to appear for the final examination.

    10. Students must attend all tests & examinations conducted by the Institute. Those failing to do so, will not be allowed to appear for the final examination.

    11. Articles, Models, samples etc., produced in the Institute by the students, using Institute’s material will remains as the property of the Institute.

    12. Students will not handle any of the machines, models, apparatus, books etc belonging to the Institute, except with the permission of the principal.

    13. In case of any damage to furniture, apparatus or any other property of the Institute, the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the students responsible for the damage. The Management may impose collective fines to compensate for any damage.

    14. Any student who was found persistently insubordinate, repeatedly or willfully mischievous, guilty of malpractice in connection with the examination, has committed an act of serious indiscipline/ misbehavior, etc or who, in the opinion of the head of the Institute, has an unwholesome influence on his fellow-pupils, may be suspended or dismissed from the Institute. In such cases of dismissal in the middle of the term, the entire fee shall be forfeited.

    15. Usage of Mobile phones is banned in the complex.

    16. Certificates shall be issued to successful students only after payment of all dues to the Institute.

    17. In all matters concerning the administration and regulations of the Institute, the decision of the Principal is final and all students are admitted only after the promise (in the application form for admission) to abide by the Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time.
